Our team has collectively developed nearly 300 markets and food halls across the UK and Europe and can take a commercial site within a town centre High Street or within a Shopping Centre and develop it into a thriving a great retail and hospitality centre, adding footfall and value. Typically, the town or City needs a population of 100,000 with a 30-minute catchment of 500,000. The site needs to have a footplate at ground floor level of at least 17,000 sq. ft and up to 45,000 sq.ft. Alternatively Pioneer Market Group has a proven track record of adopting Council Markets and developing them into thriving businesses adding vibrancy to the Town Centre.
